The skirt I think is kitbashed in from some other set, and the surfaces on it changed to match.

I see this happen a lot lately, characters with that look enter the store, then disappear together with the vendor. Now one could think Renderhub runs a tight ship, but I think it possible, too, this becomes a new sales move: "hey, buy this, it's not on the high seas but you know this won't last".
