Is the new coin rules retroactive?

Hello, it doesn't seems like it, but is there a retroactive interaction to get coin from old message/like/etc? Because I do find the coin system better for new user since it's less of a timegate requirement. However it is a bit sad for the user that where really close to getting it and now need to start again since the coins doesn't seems to be retroactive. Thank you

No, they apear random, but you can see it at the top if one is currently on.

Sadly no, that numer is from when the prices were still being worked on for balancing reasons.
It's 750 now, but you can get up to 30% off on one of the random weekly sale days.
