yes... though with art I've noticed that these "femboys" are a lot more female than male since the body type is petite female, flat boobs, and with a girls face; but ending with a male bulge.
I feel like one of the reasons they are made like that is because whoever made them likes petite (loli) body types, but doesn't want to go down that route, so they draw a small dick and avoid the bans and, let say bad karma if they are ever connected to it.
Of course I could be wrong and those are the minority.
