Now I may be wrong, I've only played a few games so far, but the use of feet to me have been rather tame on the Fetish meter, just a notch above a titty fuck.
But, I can envision where exploring a foot fetish could possibly take you into some rather kinky waters. It is all in the presentation and emotional setup, not just the physical.
