Great game. If you want to avoid the grind, Cheat Engine worked great on previous versions. Haven't tried it yet on 2.0, but worked fine on 1.42.

Pretty easy to hack your stats and boost them way up (or the sister's stats) that way.

I love that, if you get affection up high enough, you can just flat out go down with sis in the evening. Or if you wake her up, she'll tell you to keep going. It's cute to see how the relationship progresses.

i think its for cheat engine, if correct you need to run it before launching game and then loading the cheat table afterwards, once loaded they usualy have nice and easy to follow instructions

Imouto life monochrome is earlier game, set in modern time and simpler if you want to try it out, otherwise there is not that many similar games but if you say things you are looking for can help out with some recomendations.
