Online Time is not a thing anymore (for nearly a month now).

So I'm not finding any actual explanation for how you exchange your coins for member +, vip, etc. Do they only become available after you've gotten enough LC's?

Yes, posting and recieving likes will give you coins.

Don't worry, nobody will really care if your english is a bit broken or has some errors. But if you are still unsure, you can use DeepL, it's a pretty good free translator.
