Oh dip, I haven't been getting notifications on LC lol. Imagine my hair is overgrown, I'm scrawny and covered is some kind of filth, can't make eye contact, and speak like i was electrocuted. That's the journey I've been on down this giant rabbit hole of lewd games. Wall of text time!
Been to so many different sites, learned a few things, and now I feel dumb about my original post lol. As I said in the intro, i'm new to all this but a couple people mentioned the games I listed are fairly hardcore compared to what I said i was looking for, that's because I didn't know ANYTHING and LC wasn't where I started, that was on ATF. Eventually found my way here and I've even found a few other sister sites and I still don't know anything but now I know that.
The tags I listed were more guidelines instead of rules though lol, I'll play anything that's not rapey or just like generally evil shit i guess?
Tags I actually look for are Straight, Incest, Loli, Harem, Male Protag, honestly that's all that jumps at me when I really think about it. 3D always, 2D doesn't hit right for me.
This is where I'm at now:
Gloss over some recommendations from you folks so far:
- Being a Dik - Large download, I've been putting it off for awhile but I will prob download it tonight as this was recommended a few times here and also other sites.
- Man of the House - Art looks too Chucky Doll-ish, like Uncanny Valley doesn't describe how eerie these models look lol but I still want to play through it eventually
- Light of my Life - The girls look like Jaffar from Aladdin. Not in a racial way but facial structure is similar, can't get that image out of my head, but I am still going to try.
- Milfy City - Fun game, a little goofy at times but good recommendation!
- Hail Dicktator - Haven't tried it yet but it's in the list so I will, not really into the whole BDSM thing but I haven't really tried so maybe it's a known unknown, y'know?
- Chasing Sunsets - It's in the list, I'll get to it. I played one that looked similar but it was like a quick playthrough so every time I see similar games I get that bored eye roll vibe lol
- Now and Then - I started it, but then quickly realized It's a novel lol and got a little bored lol. Will Definitely play it over time but I'm still not sure what my opinion on it is.
- Parental Love - So good, the story got a little slow at times but once I started getting bored something would happen and get me interested in what was next, good recommendation!
- Mist - Great game! Honestly a bit of a grind but it was an enjoyable grind, the story was great and the fantasy aspect was awesome, characters were awesome, Noreia's design was pretty good too, i'm an artist and this is similar to the vibe I was going for with a character I was making (Began redesigning though out of respect to Noreia's artist lol)
- City of Broken Dreamers - I started it and completely forgot about it when I started playing Mist lol, seems fun but it's a little slow to get going. Definitely going to beat it though.
Games I found in the wild and really enjoy (even the incomplete ones
):
- Eternum - I have no words for this, the holiest of holies.
- Radiant - The sweetness, the attitude, the silliness, it's all there. Helping poor souls make their lives better? you got it. Deep story and well written characters, and the models ain't so bad.
- Ripples - This was an unexpected treat, I had SO MUCH fun with this. I'm a sci-fi person, this one rubbed me in spots that i can't rub on my own.
- The Guardian - Already spoke on this in the initial post, one of if not THE first I played, so it'll always be in my top 10, you never forget the cherry poppers.
- The Apothecary - Some models aren't the greatest but for this style not bad, hopefully the dev's health improves and they can carry on with it, such a great story and the characters are likeable
- A House in the Rift - Loved it. This game took me a few weeks to get through there were so many scenes and things to do and all the characters were great.
- Between Humanity - I liked what I played but didn't get too far into it, don't like waiting too long for updates and this one seems like it's nowhere near complete.
- Harem Hotel - Played for a bit, main story is fun enough but the side stuff in the city doesn't have much content and it was where the most potential was. Hopefully more soon.
- Libertine - This one surprised me, Not the deepest story, but the feels you get while playing it are intense. It'll break your heart at times lol
- Little Green Hill - This one was just fun, not too deep but everywhere you go someone is doing something they shouldn't be and it's either funny or relatable. likeable characters
- The Sunset Fairies - Not usually into this kind, like the one path with minor options for specific situations. But the apocalyptic and family themes kept me in it, not bad.
- Found in Translation - I REALLY like stories where MC helps the LI's improve their lives. It's not forced or rapey, he actually helps them.
- Corrupted Love - This one is groomer central, usually not my thing, but this game taught me it actually is my thing, heard dev is AWOL but I'm not the person to ask about it.
- Such a Sharp Pain - A lot going on in this game I had fun but then it just ended at such a nasty cliffhanger, I don't have members+ so unsure how to find info on it.
These next few I'll address individually
Wants clean games proceeds to play something from Seath.
Members + is mostly for Loli regardless, if you want "clean" you'd avoid that anyway.
Avoid anything from Seath it's all the same theme more or less, but the Guardian is 100% pro-grooming by design it's not an accident.
Try something like Heart Problems it's pretty tame. My Dorm maybe it lets you pick and choose which ones you want to go after though you don't mention what you're actually looking for specifically however your first post suggest incest is a tag that you are looking for.
Lol I didn't know who Seath or what BlackHeart was or anything when I started, but I did take this comment to heart and haven't really tried any of their stuff since I don't think. Good call, although I do still like the guardian a lot, their other games don't interest me too much.
Heart Problems and My Dorm were added to the list. As for what i'm looking for, I actually have more of an answer for that now i'll add it earlier in this comment and edit the post to show it.
Have you tried Dreams of Desire and Midnight Paradise? They have beautiful models, great story flow, and the protagonist kicks some ass while chasing some pussies.
I'm a moron, I started Dreams of Desire and remembered reading it wasn't done and just gave up on it, just checked and that's not the case, thanks for setting me on the right path lol, Midnight Paradise is in the list, i'm actually saving this one for later it looks cool.
"Great models" is to some extent subjective. The issue isn't just with the more stylized Koikatsu graphics, which some people hate and others don't mind. Some people love Honey Select and hate Daz3d, and for others it's just the other way round. Personally I prefer Honey Select, so that's reflected in my recommendations.
Some great
incomplete straight vanilla AVNs that are worth watching as they already have a lot of content, have reasonable development speed and are nearing completion (except for Wild Cats). I am starting with them because they are better than the complete ones. (This is because tools are improving and abilities of the best developers have been improving over the last few years as well.)
- Eternum - Probably the closest thing to the single top AVN. It's just as much about the story though as it is about the porn and relationships. Large parts of the game take place in the alternate realities of "Eternum", apparently an alternative reality game that feels 100% real. (We are currently waiting for Chapter 10 of probably around 12 to come out.)
- Cosy Cafe - A young guy inherits his grandfather's restaurant and moves to that city for his last year of school. Turns out he is some kind of local nobility and expected to meddle in local politics and have multiple wives. Apart from the harem and some minor, playful spanking, everything is 100% straight, cozy and vanilla. (Unlike in Eternum, most love interest need the MC to some extent.)
- Even more early in its development but already absolutely great and otherwise 100% what you are looking for: Wild Cats. - A promising young volleyball player had to abandon his career for medical reasons. He gets a free place at university if he can make its women's volleyball team (the Wild Cats) successful. Unfortunately, it basically doesn't exist at this point. Fortunately, the team is clearly going to become his harem. (Some love interests have severe problems and definitely need the MC.)
- [added:] Being a DIK has Daz3d graphics and is totally vanilla, a combination that makes it suitable for commercial exploitation. I believe it's one of the most successful AVNs on Steam. It's really good, but personally I lost interest during one of the hard, obligatory minigames, stopped playing it and never returned. I even had to double check that it's still not completed, as I simply don't care any more. But if you want your AVNs to be actual games, this is probably for you, as the game aspect is well done. (Just not as easy as I would like.)
Some almost as great
complete straight vanilla AVNs:
- Now & Then - In what is totally not the zombie apocalypse, a widower and his adopted daughter fight for survival. At some point this turns into a road movie and the MC starts collecting survivors, for some reason all female. (I think all love interests, including the adopted daughter, are optional.) This is actually the closest you can get to a perfectly done classical novel or film plot in the realm of AVNs.
- Once in a Lifetime - This is a great adventure story with fantastic humor, and the previous work by the developer of Eternum. It's less polished though, and I am not sure if the brother-sister incest is optional. Lot's of AVNs have references to someone called "Stabby Mike". This is where this comes from.
- Solvalley School - This is a humongous sex comedy around a sex-addicted MC accumulating a large stable of girlfriends. There are dozens of very different endings, including a huge harem ending and one where he marries one of three sisters living in the countryside, moves there, fucks the other two as well, and when their father dies it's his explicit wish that the MC 'inherits' his wife. NTR paths exist, but the game does a pretty good job of allowing you to avoid even scenes in which you and your best friend fuck two girls at the same time. The MC is ugly and has an ugly sister. I am not sure if sex with his sister is 100% optional. (Same for his mother, but there are only one or two such scenes.) Also, in endings involving marriage the mother-in-law typically joins the fun. Even if this isn't exactly what you are looking for: there is an enormous amount of content here. The replay gallery in the main menu boasts 196 scenes and isn't even complete. Some additional scenes can be found only in the other replay gallery, ordered by love interests, from inside the game. (The game's version number is 4.0.0, and for once that's not a misleading number. (Note: This game doesn't break the incest taboo to serve a kink. It does so for a laugh.)
- [added:] Since dalzomo mentions Sisterly Lust below: If you can ignore the extreme incest theme (Canonical ending: MC marries his mother and all three sisters on an island where that is legal, and gets them all pregnant at the same time), then this is actually another top game and otherwise straight vanilla.

I was already gonna recommend anything by TK8000 but especially Solvalley School so I second
@rocketsheep on that. The protag isn't the fat ugly bastard type of character in case that's what you pictured- more of a nerd. TK8000 has consistently cracked me up. He's one of the very, VERY few devs on my forever Patreon list
Sweet Affection, whew. Yeah, it's sweet if that's all you want. But there are way too many instances of the protag stepping up to badass his way through a scene, even when he was clearly in the wrong. My personal headcanon, which makes the game funnier for me when I try it out again occasionally (which I admit has not been for a long while), is that he's only a good guy in his own head and all the girls are too intimidated and hooked on the D to talk back ^_^. I preferred the game in its super-early versions, when it was Research into Corruption or even when it was Subliminal Corruption
seconding Dreams of Desire. I can't recall if I tried Midnight Paradise but I downloaded it and have not deleted it so that's something (not that I delete much besides the absolute WORST. I'm an ero-games packrat)
I did not stick with Big Brother for long but not because it was bad afaicr. I just got distracted away from it and never returned. I might try it out again now that it's done. It IS done now, right?
Another funny game, which goes a long way with me, is Waifu Academy. Two of the girls are his mom and step-sister though
And yet another funny one, with the absolute most peak writing of anything I've played, is The Headmaster. Heavy emphasis on spanking, as you're practicing your REVOLUTIONARY school discipline theories at an isolated last-chance school. You'll show them. You'll SHOW THEM ALL
