Well I am not sure if it fits but here goes.

Obviously the ability to imbue myself and others of my choosing with any ability, skill, trait, or talent to any degree, even a lack of, and to create new abilities, skills, traits, and talents as I saw fit.

The drawback would be that the greater the ability, skill, trait or talent imbued, then I will be teleported to a dungeon, of an equally great difficulty that is away from the world and time itself, and must complete it before I can come back and enjoy the fruits of my labor.

The power would be Teleportation, with the drawback of being that time passes as if you physically travelled there using the most effective route/vehicles. So Teleporting from California to New York would eat up 5 hours, but to you and anyone you teleport, it feels like you instantly travelled to your target destination.

That, my good sir, is called Fast Travel.

The power to age progress or regress anybody else. Downside you must pay with your own years so you are taking them or giving them

I was going to say immortality, but couldn't think of a drawback. This answer though is better, it essentially gives you and your loved ones immortality, but you gotta put in the effort.

You are allowed to create any power with a few restrictions
1. It can only be a single power. It can have multiple effects but must fit into a single power and make sense
2. It must have an equal or greater drawback, either you can think of one or you can have others think of one.
3. The power can not alter reality, time, or space unless you can make it work in such a way that it makes sense (Gravity control could hypothetically slow time)

Under these restriction this is nothing that comes to mind.

Now if I could create "any" power then it would be to age down to 10 keeping all my knowledge.

Here, have a few little ones.

Power: Never feel hungry again.
Drawback: Can never eat anything again and become entirely incapable of preparing food for yourself or for others.

Power: Learn anything you wish to learn instantly and at a master's level.
Drawback: Forget a randomly selected full calendar year of memories, experiences and skills every time you wish for knowledge.

Power: Change a law of your country in any way you wish. Make it more restrictive and increase its enforcement or make it more lax and unenforced.
Drawback: An equal and opposite law is enacted in the nearest bordering country and you have to live there for 2d6 years before being allowed back into your country.

Power: Increase your erection size as much as you want.
Drawback: The larger your erection, the more brain matter is temporarily displaced and unavailable for use, at a 1:1 volume calculated after going beyond your natural erect size.
