It was a game where one of the LI's could change her body to be a different age. She had three options that you could choose from: MILF, teen, and something for the Games+ section.

It was a 3DCG game, and I'm pretty sure it was Renpy.

There like 3 of them (Maou-sama) games, but I know that at less one pulls this trick.
happens in DIT-P2 too.

The main LI in My Life in a Fantasy Kingdom is a elf that many times change appearance to a loli, but that's it, there's no choice there, so I doubt it is it.
