The character Towa (CV: Akatsuki Yumu) is the protagonist and heroine of the game Asanyaa.

• Pronouns: Refers to herself as "Boku" (a masculine pronoun), reflecting her male identity prior to transformation.
• Personality: A positive and cheerful TS girl who is easily moved to tears and weak to pressure, but embraces her new life with optimism.
• Adaptation: Adapts well to being a girl — wears feminine clothes without issue and seems genuinely enjoying her TS life.

That's good instinct! any unfamiliar script is worth questioning.
It being a .bat file makes it more transparent though, in the sense that you can quickly open it on a text editor to see exactly what it does.

I'm not saying "just trust it, bro", the usual disclaimer always remains: download/use at your own risk
Running programs in a VM/Sandbox is always a valid option.
