I wanna lear to make my own vn, are there any youtube tutorials ti archieve such goal?
I tried to use both, koikatsu and HS, but got a hard time getting to make a single scene
Btw, do I really need to learn python to use renpy?

I don't think you need to learn python, the programing is very simple.
Just first try a liner story.
I made a simple story with AI art with just to test how thing work before I make anything important.
Try focusing on a simple story first before expanding.
Also yes their a few youtuber that do Renpy Tutorial, just search youtube and find one you like.

renpy SDK has a builtin tutorial. you can try it and read it and edit it freely. for the first try, you could just make a linear game (no choices or sandbox, just a story with pictures) and it would be very easy.
