I've seen some people not knowing how to use it in windows 11, it's just a matter of knowing where the option is.

After the emulator is installed you should close the window and go to the icon of the game you want to start and then right-click on the launcher and then look for the Locale Emulator option and start with a Japanese locale, in the same way you extract files with winrar

maybe after right-clicking on the game launcher you should go to “show more options” in case the locale doesn't appear for you

Thought you were asking how HAHA.
Also to add, its better to run Locale Emulator as Admin (Run in Japanese (Admin)), some older Japanese games especially VNs don't work if its not run in admin mode.

oh okay, I didn't make it very clear in the title hehe

Sorry for my confusion. I assume it's not native Windows 11 feature? :)

No, you have to download the software. You won't need it unless you playing Japanese game though.
