Tried a couple of searches but nothing jumped out.
In advancing/purchasing a new "level", are they absolutely sequential, or could one save their shekels and, instead of purchasing "prestige 2" for instance, go straight to "prestige 3" instead? It appears that one could skip, but that isn't a given based on what I've seen and read.
