i would say 40+ but looks also matter, if shes 38 and looks 55 the she isnt a milf anymore imo

By definition, does a MILF need to show signs of aging, like wrinkles? What about someone who’s 40 but looks 20? At what point does looking young start to betray the ‘mother’ part of the definition?

But the standard is 35-60 for milfs going a low as 25 in some cases.
