When I was younger I only really remember a couple of games where I played as a woman but recently I've stumbled upon a lot more really good ones. I think it's interesting to shake things up now and then since the cutscenes are usually just straight sex anyway. What are some times you guys have tried it and what are some recommendations for anyone unacquainted? Open to ladies who play as guys too of course but I have a feeling that's nearly all of you just due to the amount of games produced with female protagonists at all.

I mostly play my own sex as male MC so i can have more a connection in the story, though sometimes i play a female futa, which i can still connect as the one fucking all the girls with. For female MC i only play once in a while, to see how far can i corrupt her.

Now i do like many games and stories with a female MC, that are not romantic or sexual in nature, cause the story isn't defined by the sex of the protagonist

I like a lot of female mc games personally. Someone above put it best. The person I am playing as is not me. So I can get attached to the character. If its a porn game, attached means I play more.

Don't know why but if it's an html real porn game I, sometimes, like to play as a girl too (I'm thinking about what is real and road to success), if renpy only male character. No futa or else though.

I absolutely prefer games with male MCs but when I do play games with females MCs I have a problem where I prefer to keep them "pure" if that's an option in the game which obviously makes you skip out on a lot of content. Like in Monster Nest ~Nana’s Interspecies Love-Making Adventure~ I tried my best to keep her a virgin but it was too much effort so eventually dropped it. Did like the scenes where you fail and get corrupted though so not a bad game

Whenever a noteworthy game appears. I don't care whether I play for MMC or FMC. As long as the game is interesting. For example, I like Bright Past (FMC).

Usually I pick female characters, unless there are only ugly ones.
I enjoy it more to look at a sexy female character to jump around/fight etc. and not a dude.

Almost never in AVNs

Only exception would be in a AVN where the MC is a female/trans/Futa and all other LI's are Female/trans/Futa.

At no point do i play a MC male/futa/Trans/female that engages with a male LI.

In normal SFW games, sure if given the option like with MMO's i almost always choose a female character. But thats becouse i dont need to consider sexual relations with other characters.
