Just curious how many people here are asexual and/or aromantic.
It took a while for me to realize that I am ace (especially due to my love of AVNs and other erotica), I just thought I was a bit weird. Then I heard

about him realizing he is ace with aesthetic attraction, and it clicked perfectly. Certainly explains why I am so picky about the… art I like, if it is highly sexual and pretty, I like. If it is highly sexual but I think it looks kinda weird? I click away.

It's possible to be ace and experience attraction and or to have high labido. I have zero interest in sexual activities now (and when i briefly did, it was because i felt like it was expected), but I have interest in a sexuality largely removed from reality. Not sure everything needs to fit neatly inside of one box.

As to how being ace meshes with being horny and/or liking porn/avns/etc… for me I guess a lot of it is related to how blue talks about aesthetic attraction, and how that differs from sexual attraction, especially when it comes to real people. When I see someone in person that I think is pretty, as Red says in the video about Blue's realization, it just stops there.

And for porn and such… there is a disconnect of sorts between urges and my mind, I guess is a good way to phrase it? I am not great at explaining things.
