I don't know if this counts really, but when I created a character in the original Mass Effect, she ended up looking like a hot younger sister to Olivia Wilde. It was just vanilla, no mods, and I never even progressed far enough into any romance scenes for anything steamy, but man, she was so hot! I legitimately would just stop playing the game every now and then because I was struck with how beautiful she was. I think that's the most attractive I've ever ended up making a customizable character... I wonder if I have any screenshots still...
