As for recommendations. All of these are well scored in my records and feel right to recommend to you. Except one. But I made that obvious.
Confined With Goddesses; has a similar mechanic, has FemDom. Also, this authors current work is FemDom heavy.
Cocky Me; has little chance of being interesting to you. But hilarious for bad reasons.
Crimson High; is a linear story, but it's similarly wholesome and also deals with mythics.
Eternum; has little in common to MM, but it's similarly wholesome and otherwise excellent, Nyx would feel right at home here I think.
Golden Mean; feels the same, but is a very different game in most metrics.
Harem Hotel; obviously.
Harem Residence; closer to Harem Hotel than MM, but similar.
Light of My Life; is a linear story, but is similarly wholesome.
Live in Corruption; has obvious parallels to MM.
Lucky Paradox; similar to MM while being quite a different feel.
Lust N Farm; similar to MM while being very different.
Milfy Day; similar to MM while being very different.
Out of Puberty: Reimagined; similar to MM in mechanic, pretty different feel.
Perfect Family: A Family of Perverts; Feels a lot like MM.
Secret Island; similar dynamic to MM, more content but the content is shallower.
Secrets of Sorcery; sadly abandoned, but similar to MM while being of different milieu (Magic school).
Space Rescue: Code Pink; Similar feel to MM.
Succubus Trick: Grown Up Problem; Similar mechanic to MM, very different game.
The Interim Domain; Similar mechanic to MM, very different game.
Welcum to the City; Has a great deal in common with MM, not as good (though unique) graphics, also game play is a little clunky.
xxxFiles (Caine.Totally.Sane); has a lot in common with MM, but very different.
