This was an 3D Asian game, the plot was about a person travelling to future or parallel world where there is a virus and the girls need to be inseminated and bred.

EDIT(More Details):
1. There was a virus or some kind of apocalypse as the birth rates or population was effected.
2. The people there took severe measures to keep the humans from extinction.
3. The females matured faster that our Earth.
4. They NEEDED semen, literally cum drunk.
5. Sex was encouraged and not taboo.

Unfortunately I can provide more details about this as haven't played it, just read or heard about it a while ago, but I will try to recall what I can in fragments:

By "3D Asian game", do you mean atypical from Japanese games' looks but not western?
Do you remember the aesthetics, what did the art or renders look like? (Hand drawn, DAZ, Koikatsu, HS/HS2, VaM...?)

Not sure between Koikatsu or HS, but it wasnt western at all, something like Lab Rats

I know which game you mean, but I cannot find it on LC. It was a sandbox, HS or HS2, an abandoned game, heavy on nepi topic (mashed banana served in the nepi hole at the local diner)
Forgot the title, though.
Went through Latest updates - no joy. Was there any purge?

yeah, this game is called Nep1. Developer is CumOftenCrew. It was on LC a while ago but cant find it anymore. The other games from the developer are still available so I dont think that it was purged. Probably lost because of server issues. If I remember correctly it was uploaded in Nov/Dec of last year when we had major issues with the LU page and several rollbacks.

You play as shota (a man over 21 of course) who lives with his mother, the mother is blond with short hair with a blue t-shirt if I do not remember wrong.
game is like sandbox, you can decide what to do during the day, go to college, study, do the homework, go to city, play, and you have a store on your computer to buy presents.
there are a lot of character on the game which is built on renpy, One of your teacher at college is a black woman with her daughter, you have friend who at the begining is present as a boy just to later realize is tomboy woman. No idea if this is enough or not, last time I check out the game was update last year on december, so the game development was active.
