I figure you're coming in from ATF due to the announced shutdown, you'll need access to the Members+ role to get to that kind of content and can get it from the store with "activity coins". For everyone coming in from ATF and trying to get access to Members+, I'll plagiarize my post from another thread.

To spell it out to the best of my understanding, you need 350 AC to get Members+ from the shop and gain access to Games+, which has the kind of content you're looking for. You get AC primarily by posting and getting likes, so participating in popular threads without simply spamming is the fastest way to get there.
