HeliBird, a versatile VTOL aircraft is still very popular thanks to its sturdy construction, reliability, as well as low-cost operation and undemanding maintenance. Formerly it has found large application in all branches of the Army and Air Force. HeliBird was used for a variety of operations, from battle support to rescue missions, or special operations behind enemy lines, and the like. Thanks to its outstanding properties, it is relatively easy to deploy it even in current post-war conditions of shattered social infrastructure.
