Best harem games I've played:

Man of the House (first one that came to mind when I saw your thread)
Mystwood Manor (you play as the hotel manager with all the employees being your girls by the same dev as the previous game)
The Twist (it's a very big/long game)
MIST (unique artstyle, the most immersive adult game I've played, good story)
Solvalley School (I misremembered Harem Hotel as this for some reason, which was already recommended, but it's still a harem, maybe you'll enjoy it)

All of the games are complete.
