I still don't understand the plot to be honest.

Your not alone seems the MC has some type of split personality and most LI's are forced on you.

I can not stand that Doctor lady and her kinks are not my kinks.

Not sure about this game, the artwork looks great and some of the scenes are very well done but i just don't find the story interesting at all. Might give it one more update to see if it gets better.
