Okay so I'm hoping that someone can point me in the right direction. Older AMD A6-4400M APU with Radeon HD graphics 2.7ghz 8 gigs of RAM. Not the worst no way near the best. Some games the graphics either split almost in a off center half or turn all Picasso looking. Now it's not all games that do this nor is it always the ones with amazing graphics. Even some of the more cartoonie? looking ones do it. Help is needed and appreciated. Thanks in advance.

This is starting to be seen more as of late for renpy games.

Start game then press Shift+G, then from the "Graphics Acceleration" menu that appears choose the renderer to use. Choose "Quit", then restart Ren'Py. Try using the GL or ANGLE renderers. The GLES renderers may not function on desktop hardware.
