When im in the mood .yes. but i havn't found any game that has a worthy amount, or high enough quality.
best i've seen so far is Malignant, and RedRoom.

Nothing has come close to likes found in H-Manga/Doujin...or even the few good western style comics of the genre.

For most games, I prefer an option to avoid it.
But I also really like some violence and gore if it ties into the storyline.
Especially if it's "bad" people who are being tortured and harmed.
