I believe I'm one of the few on this site that really likes guro and violence in their games.
Many japanese visual novels made by Black Cyc (Mindead Blood, Extravaganza, Gore Screaming Show) and CLOCKUP (Maggot Baits, Euphoria) are the perfect example.

Honestly, I do enjoy some good 'ol ryona. Take Asanagi for example, there's something about the domination and submission of their art that just top tier for me. When it comes to guro I can enjoy it to a point, take Euphoria or Fan no Hitori for example, but too much of it going too far can be iffy. And when it comes to gore - which I'm guessing in this context is something 3d or a more realistic art style - it is just a straight up no for me.

I don't know of any games that mixes actual fighting (punching, stabbing, etc) with sex. Would love to play some.
