Ah, a fellow man of culture. I haven't played Boxed In so I'll have to check that out.

But there are some good recs here: Looking For inbreeding/breeding games.

Off the top of my head, I know Peasant's Quest you have children with your daughter who you have during the game. Adam and Gaia is text based but is focused on that too.
