For example like you actually see through your characters eyes I remember playing a game where you were paralyzed in a hospital I just can't get the name but that's the concept I'm trying to get

"Away from home" for example, recently was updated, and very hot and kinky.

My game has a first-person POV. You can only see yourself in the mirror, and there are a few alternative camera modes available during sex scenes to show you "the action" from a closer angle if the first-person view is obstructed, as a substitute for feeling what's happening IRL, you get to see these shots/animations. Another game I can think of is Goodbye Eternity with only 1 scene where you see yourself, again in a mirror.
