The Manor - (dev) 0ptimus. I just played it few days ago and it has one of the best animation and a interesting story. There are many animations, actual animations and the incest is perfect. Mom/twin sis/younger sister(s)/aunt(s) and cousins and yes, grandma. This one is my new favorite.

Also recommend. Away from Home. (mom, cousin, aunt.) Altered Destiny (mom/stepmom/sister/aunt(s) cousin(s) and cousin/daughter and grandma). Heart Problems. (aunt/cousins) Thief of Hearts (mom/sisters) also animations are unlocked via code which is in the description.

I'd say F.I.L.F. by ICCreations and Area69 by k78games pretty much play the same as Milfy City and cater to the same fetishes. FILF has shittier or plastic-looking models but the aunt questline is interesting as there's a good deal of reluctance or rejection there, akin to the Lara Croft-ish older sister questline in milfy city.
