Games open for all, but games+ and prestige requires LC coins or donations to open them

Under Adult Games -> Games there are two subfolders Games+ and Ports. You have already discovered that you can click them, but that you have no access to the Games+ folder. What you probably missed is that "Games" isn't just a heading. You can click it as well, and you have access to that. When you click it, you get on a page that shows the two clickable subfolders Games+ and Ports at the top, and (currently) 269 pages of 20 games each below.

There is no fixed number of interactions. Currently I think you get 7 coins for making a post and 8 coins for getting a like (or dislike). That would amount to about 100 such interactions to get the required 750 coins. But if you use the bank daily (Shop -> Bank) to first get 2% interest on your credit there 24 hours after your last interaction with the bank, and then immediately afterwards store whatever new coins you got from interactions, then you will need significantly less interactions. 2% interest per day means the amount doubles in 35 days.

It depends, I made a single post here https://lewdcorner.com/threads/anti-social-lurker-hideout-spot.12155/ 2 days a go and received 87 coins for the post. So basically someone can get Members+ after making just 9 posts.

These are exclusive games that you need to have a rank to view, I saw a comment that sent you a link. The coins obtained from the comments are saved in the bank so you can generate more, also a tutorial just look for it and it explains its function. Once you have obtained the required coins that you want to buy you can unlock that section.
