I have over 2000 hours in Skyrim, but that is split between the original Skyrim and the Special Edition.
I spent 1378 hours in Fallout 4 but a good about of that was modding it.
No idea what my longest play in an adult game is I don't keep track of that after I played my 300 AVN, I can't even keep track of the games I have played.

Porn game definitely Hero Corruption 2... Though I sank a lot of time into TiTS during the pandemic, so maybe it's that. Either way, it's definitely something text based.

As for total clocked hours in non-porn games, I can't check my guild wars 2 stats right now because I haven't played in 2 years and don't want to update it just to run a simple text command (that would be silly) but it's either Guild Wars 2, Dota 2 (Steam somehow refuses to display my hours played) or Crusader Kings 2 (1200 hours on that one.)
