For porn game, i think it might have been LoSEB for 12 ish hours

When I was younger, there was this game with 3 different names (depending on the region): "Level R", "Project Torque", "Heat Online". I used to spend 24 hours and more in it. I had gotten so good at it, that there weren't many people who could beat me in it, especially in SimDrift and SimRacing. It wasn't a porn game (I don't think such games existed back then - 2006-2007), it was an online racing game with simulation and arcade modes and I was playing only in Simulation mode. One player even gifted me a car of my choice from the store after I beat him in 10 laps on the hardest track.
On another occasion with my favorite car (a made up street version of Ford Mustang) I entered a drift event against special cars made for drift only where you make points, usually in the range of millions. They made 6-7 million points in 10 minutes, I made 15 million points and after that they forbade street cars entering such events. I guess they couldn't bear the defeat...
This was the car - the made up version of Ford Mustang that used to punish nearly everyone, altough this noob here is driving in arcade mode:

It is available now on Steam but it's not run by Invictus Games anymore. A greedy mor(m)on is running it which is why he has a playerbase of 20-ish people tops...

I think I played Sengoku Rance for like almost an entire day straight when I first found it back in the day, it combined two amazing things, porn and strategy RPG so I was blown away.

I love the Rance series, I can't wait for the translations of Rance 03 and X to be finished.

I don't usually time my game sessions when playing adult games but guess when I first played Once in a Lifetime. I got really into the story and I lost track of time. I think I spent 11 hours on it before realizing it was dark outside and stopping for the day.

If we are talking about any kind of game then I would it would have to be the 75 hour bender I spent on World of Warcraft when I was forced to use a week of my PTO from work (I had accrued almost a month of PTO which was against company policy and had to use some of it.) Beer and raiding, it was a blast.

Yeah me too. It's too bad 4 never got a remake like the others. But I think the old one should have a translation so when those are release the whole series will be available in english.

Lifeplay, by a lot. Before it got abandoned. Still playable, as it was never intended to have an actual end, but lots of errors never got fixed.

SFW games: Megaman Battle network series. I have replayed that game series a dozen+ times and that is not an exaggeration. I replay it every year or two.
MMO: Putting MMOs in their own category because otherwise it is unfair. Probably Star Wars the Old Republic. Has a lot of single player replayability as each class has it's own unique story that could have been a single player game and you can run them twice each for each subclass/light and darkside. Including all the post game content I have played a lot of it.
NSFW games: Probably witch trainer if you count all the mods and spinoffs. Replayed it a couple of times including replaying the moded versions.
