This may be a bit of a niche question, but I am looking for games in which the characters play an erotic game, like truth or dare, twister, strip poker etc. - bonus if it has variable outcomes based on your choices. The only one that comes to mind at the moment is Family Faring which has a twister game in it. Any others you can recall? TIA

Truth or Dare is a pretty common one, albeit I can't think of many specific cases at the moment. Ripples has a Truth or Dare game in a recent update with a good amount of permutations.

I've never heard of or played anything like that before, I've seen moments in some AVNs where it does what you say, but a game focused on that is something new... I'm quite interested.

Holiday Island has a poker minigame in it and a second minigame called "hot shots" IIRC.

It's definitely pretty common. I think there is a truth or dare type game in "University of Problems". Perhaps someone can confirm or refute that. I'm not sure I have the right game title.
