Let me explain a bit.

There are plenty games with:
rough sexual encounter - yet most of these are limited to encounter only not, not the relationship
option to be a shit person - yet most of these will end the relationship/path, not really a story
slave or rape - many of those are pure psychopath mc with no relationship

therefore i want to ask if there are some game focus on more realistic toxic/abusive relationship,
let you play as a domestic abuse shitty head?
HardLove by RedStarStudios was close but it got on hold

Friends in Need lets you decide how you want to treat each girl- white knight or cruel brute. Going too far will cause the victim to just walk out of the story, but for at least some of them you can hit a level of abusive that keeps them in the story and dependent on/beholden to you.

Maybe "Theater of Sinners" could be interesting for you. Female MC, not many paths can be chosen, and it is ongoing, but it is beautifully rendered and the story is OK.
