Thanks for the reply. Yeah it seems to be a more obscure kink. There is a JP term for 'orbless' futanari that general tags don't use in English. It is hard to distinguish if a futa tag is going to include testicle or not.

I think you will have a hard time finding for such a game outside the Japanese sites, as it is indeed a narrow fetish. Lust Doll Plus comes to mind, I think you can create a futa character that has a penis without testicles. Been a while since I played it.

futa without testicles is kind of rare, so yeh japanese is the way to go
