I really enjoyed Tales of androgyny.
The art style is pretty cool too.

In regards to futa/trans protagonist, I can recommend the following ones:
Tales of androgyny is a good one
Burned has a good trap character
I'm into futa on male when i do watch futa and I liked Lunars chosen, Final spell, sword submission, the futa expiriment, futa dom world, and suspicious hypnosis.
Tales from the unending void is basically porn game star wars, and there is a a good hermaphrodite alien character that is female presenting, and a MtF trans character thats struggles with how society treats here. The alien is a more lets have fun and fuck character, and the other is more wholesome.

Outside of the other games already mentioned in the thread (especially Eruption Imminent, Burned, WVM, Neko Paradise, Fetish Locator and Having a Hard Time), I also like the following games with futa/trap content:
Family Affair (trans)
Confusion (trans)
Midlife Crisis (trans)
My New Memories (trans)
The Shrink (trans, especially if you can find the old version, don't really like the reboot/revamp so far)
The Writer's Visit (trans, ugly models but enjoyable)
City of Broken Dreamers Book 1 (it has the trans tag, but can't remember any trans characters in it. I did love the story though)
Panacea (transformation futa)
Lust Academy (trans, highly recommend season 1, season 2 is a letdown imo)
Apartment 69 also has a very good romantic story line with a trans character.
Gates Motel has one of my favorite trans relationships, but I don't know when it'll ever get another update.
