First anime crush was from the first anime I ever saw (easy one):
- Videl, Dragon Ball Z

First game crush is difficult to recollect, the earliest I can recall atm would be
- Tali'Zorah nar Rayya (Tali for friends ), Mass Effect

Just her voice and character made me crush on a woman who's face I can't even see!
Though I played this game in 2012, hard to believe I had no crushes before that.

I might have seen a story playthrough of Dragon Age: Origins before that and crushed on
- Morrigan, Dragon Age: Origins
