Not really. Be better to not see them at all so you don't have to scroll pages to see something you want. For me anything 2d/cartoon looning, sandbox, futa, ntr or blackmail is right out. And futa should also block futa protag.

I don't think any fetish should be auto blocked, but a toggle block that lets you whitelist tags is always welcome. Bonus points if it's prompted when you first start a playthrough. Personally though, I almost never block tags because of how often games can be mistagged, or gain a tag for a single optional scene that makes me lose out on what might be an amazing game.
