Way to easy to go MacNasty in this thread though... Boston cream all the way. Essentially, if you pack bavarian cream into any kind of chocolate/ dough combination, I'm in. Sourdough glazed is a close 2nd

As to Donuts I prefer a raspberry Jelly (or Jam), Chocolate cover Custard is a good second choice.
