This series lives in my head rent free. It's hard to pick just one scene but this one stands out.

Fry: Is there a human doctor around?

Not so much a quote, but the visual gag of Handcrafters just gets me rolling every time

Like, the idea of getting your hands torn off is a common enough problem for it to be a mall shop and people are just blaise about it

i could go on for hours, suffice it to say, my teen to adult aged children and I all have a short hand lingo and its 90% Futurama quotes being adlibbed to whatever current topic or scenario we are in at the moment. I call the family to get into the car by saying "let's go already!"

I watched Futurama the night it first aired and my children watched the newest season all the way through before I saw the first episode, just so they could make quotes I am not familiar with yet.

I loved how the last season ended with Fry and Lela when the universe was slowed down.

The beautiful glitchy vector graphic animation as the simulation falls apart was so cool looking, in general this season had weirdly great animation at points. Fry and Leela embracing in glitchy slow motion while that awesome song played in the background, just wow. This honestly felt like the most inspired Futurama episode I've seen in a long time, and I'm saying that as someone who really liked most of the new season. I'd rank this episode a solid A, and the season as a whole a B, maybe a B+ on rewatch.

The music track was perfect as well and set the mood.
