This is going in a very interesting direction, and might become the elusive incest swinging game I and many others have been waiting for. So far much of the good stuff is more teased rather than delivered, although we already have the MC be in a three-way relationship with his wife and mother-in-law, including proper three-somes. The characters talk a bit weird, but the story takes plays in Bavaria, so that only makes sense.

can someone clear what is the relationship between family members? Like mom/son or father/daughter?

The main character is a middle-aged man in a three-way relationship with his wife and her mother. So far the only incest is mother-daughter (unless you count in-laws as incest). The main character has three young adult children, two girls and one boy, so there is all kind of potential for more.
