I hope it's a season two, yeah, since it ended on a pretty interesting note. IIRC you've knocked up at least one sister, possibly all 3 sisters and the mother, and then the father arrives and confirms you're actually all related?

We could pretty much see that twist coming considering the dev didn't use 1 type of relationship throughout the game. Both halfbrother and stepbrother were mentioned, 2 completely different things when it comes to blood.

tbh, I assumed he was being messy with it because it was clearly meant to be incest but was playing with censors, it actually being a plot point took me by surprise.

Well he is on Patreon, so this might bite him in the ass if he's unlucky. Stepfamily is already danger territory since it's considered incest by them, but they seem to look away from it quite often. Full-blood family however is a completely different story. We'll see how it works out.

Oh if he does a Season 2 he 100% needs to move it off patreon. It worked fine for an ending (and with him jumping to steam) but if h tries to run it on Patreon itself they're just gonna delete his account, no shot.

This game was a surprise and came out of no where. I expected generic steam crap, but the game was really good. Hope we get a S2.

They've hotfixed the game yesterday because of the new "no bad for payment processors" rule and Steam swiftly already banning a lot of other games without warning (apparently none of them in my library). The previous end-twist of them being blood-related has been removed. Their update notice on Steam:

"Hello. Hard times have come. I woke up this morning to find Steam removing a bunch of games from the store without prior notice.

I don't want the same fate for Family Crush, so I urgently released a patch now, replacing the line at the end, so that everything is legal.

Why did this happen now? I don't know. Previously, there was a policy - as long as no one complains, then it's okay. Apparently, someone started complaining. And even now, since the theme of my game is completely legal, maybe Valve will decide to remove my game from the store just because of the name. But I have no intention of changing the name.

Hard times have come for all of us, and I can't say whether it will get worse. Anything is possible. I'm sorry if such actions on my part (changing the plot for the sake of compliance with the law) could upset anyone. You can keep the original plot in mind, and if this is unacceptable for you, then feel free to apply for a refund. Forgive me. Let's hope for the best."

I'm almost positive they will. I believe payment issues, is the reason anything incest related is banned on Patreon. I think even Itch.io has started to remove games.

1. Discord banned me permanently for being a member of ketzal' server. They didn't explicitly say that but given the lack of explanation as to why, I'd say that's the reason. So I deleted my Fascistcord account and I'm done with them.
