It's pretty much just touching them or inserting objects which makes me wonder why we couldn't have the option to choose between a male or female MC. Missed opportunity for a greater player base there. Art is amazing. Gameplay is just arrow presses and a very basic upgrade system, which eventually unlocks a scene where you can choose between a few things to insert into their mouths or vaginas. Not much more to it than that
