Exclude prefix and Exclude tag filters?

Is it possible to add Exclude prefix and Exclude tag filters to the site? It would be very helpful in searching for content.

Click profile in the top right hand corner of the page - preferences - ignoring. There you will see USERS (0) FORUMS (0) THREADS (0) TAGS (0) click tags and then click on the add tags to add tags that you want to ignore.

currently no way for prefixes, but ill try to figure something out for it here soon.
