For me personally, I think it definitely crosses the line.

That said, playing devil's advocate for a second. What if it's just a minor's face edited onto an adult body? Is that still illegal?

This AI was done with elon $ apparently was trained on medical images of real people so this is real kids images used by the AI

I can't imagine it would be any worse than how it already works. I'm pretty sure tv shows and movies are the only reason anyone thinks that hospitals actually help people.

This is due to a outdated broken system overseas there are places with great healthcare then you got 1rst world countries were people die waiting 10 hours to get help in the E.R. The cost of getting into the field is also way to fucking high.

3 companies are on top for making ai content X wants a seat there but there grok is making real life lolis messed up so this means it can put even more restrictions on ai everything so this board would have more 2 worry about when it comes to hosting adult AI made content.

The ceo is stepping in fighting said regulation but in regrades to using real images not made up stuff so its more mud in the shit pile of AI.
