So I recently discovered the farming sim game Echoes of the Plum Grove which is like a Stardew Valley like game where you can age and die and get sick and make kids to continue your save when your main character dies.
Would be really cool to get some mature mods for it such as incestuous relationships, graphic sex with pregnancy rate (instead of the menu popup to make a child), rape with consequences on reputation (or not in the case of island visitors) and fatherless pregnancy, weapons and physical murder (in addition to the existing ability to kill people with poisoned gifts), maybe a police system to go with it if modders are feeling ambitious, etc, etc...
It's a great game overall, and I think better NSFW modding potential than Stardew Valley.
