hard to choose, but the guardevoir/gallade line is definitely up there. Lucario's also very *very* nice...
Cinderace has a lot of potential as well!

Gibble or Trapinch lines in the newer games, but since my first game was Yellow, overall it has to be Pikachu.

Though the illusion abilities of the Zoroark line would be nice for some fun times in public

Has to be Abra, dude just sleeps whenever he wants and when someone tries to interrupt his nap he just teleports away.
