I simply adored this game, once upon a time. Strangely nostalgic to remember a point where pics for this project caught my attention on various sites. Can't believe I felt inclined to contribute financially to the creator's patreon back then. Indeed, I wasn't always a repulsive, shadow-lurking pirate. What can I say? The markets were good and I was more trusting of the internet community.

Mind control-style corruption is, in my opinion, very difficult to write correctly. This one manages that element of preserving the characters' original personalities while spicing things up several notches. The mother (er, landlady?) in particular strikes a perfect balance of dubious, innocent concern and ludicrously shapely fuck-bunny status, checking plenty of boxes for me. And the other main love interests are certainly worth a glance as well.

Lord help me, I have a number of stories rattling around inside my head that fit this mold, but I'm no game designer. For fans looking for something similar, I strongly recommend Shut Up and Dance, which has come a very long way.

This is one of the earliest taboo games I played. The graphics and story were interesting at the time but the game is quite linear. Overall, I recommend for the hot content.

One of the aspects I enjoy the most of DD is the use of the music, a lot of us if not all of us have heard each tune used in this but combined with the renders and the construction of the scene I believe the atmosphere is very well made. The renders are a classic, solid work and over all enjoyable, the sex scenes aren't the best, but the build up to them is good. Sometimes the choices in a vn are merely cosmetic at best, but in DD there's a good amount of replay value since I got two endings and still miss a few scenes. I think the only point it takes away of my enjoyment is the ending, not with the LI, but how it plays out, feels kind of rushed, some ideas don't have conclusions or characters disappear. Beyond that, I think this is a great VN, kind of a slow burn, but the amount of renders and content is very worth the playthrough.

The story goes very off the rails with a supernatural theme, personally not my cup of tea. But the visuals are great, my one complaint with the models is that every one of them looks like an IG filter. Big lips, no cheek fat, and perfect jawline for every character feels like a bit much for me.
