this sounds like avoiding an author because their first attempt at writing a full length novel in public didn't pan out. there are a bunch of decent novels out there from people that fucked up the first couple times they tried.

The Dev tried to make a father/daughter incest game but the daughter was raped by the stepfather and without after the MC leared about this he send the daughter back to her mom and the stepfather—all that while the game wasn't tagged with NTR or rape.

I think he changed the rape to molestation after getting shit on but I didn't care at that point.
