Any recommendations for a good Doctor / Medical Examination / Hospital based games?
Most of the ones I've come across (sic!) are grindy - not for me.
General Practitioner too grindy, Backwater College Doctor needs improvement (names, repetative dialogue).

There's one I know about but cant recall the name of it right off. I don't know about "grindy" but it certainly pushes you to learn some medical stuff. You literally listen to patients, check them out physically, and diagnose them. Depending on the content tags you like, it may not be your thing though.
